About Data Subject Access Requests

A Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) allows you to exercise your rights under data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy regulations.

As a user of Plimver Cloud (plimverai.com) or PlimverAI (plimverai.com), you have the right to know what personal data we collect about you and to request access, correction, or deletion of that data.

Request deletion of your personal data. Note: This will result in permanent deletion of your account, projects, and deployments.

Right to Data Portability

Request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).

Right to Restrict Processing

Request that we limit how we use your personal data while we address concerns you have raised.

Right to Object

Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing and profiling.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access to your data, we require identity verification before processing any DSAR:

Email Verification: We will send a confirmation link to the email address you provided.
Account Matching: We will verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorized agent.
Additional Verification: For high-risk requests (deletion, data export), we may request additional proof of identity.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person (e.g., as a parent/guardian or authorized agent), please provide documentation proving your authority to act on their behalf.

Response Time

We are committed to responding to all valid DSARs within the timeframes required by applicable law:

GDPR (EU/UK): Within 30 days of verification. May be extended by 60 days for complex requests.
CCPA (California): Within 45 days of receipt. May be extended by an additional 45 days.
Other Jurisdictions: We aim to respond within 30 days.

You will receive email updates on the status of your request. If we need additional information to verify your identity or process your request, we will contact you.
